Mr. Nahum has been a leader in the real estate development industry for over 25 years. His portfolio includes over one million square feet throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. The portfolio is primarily comprised of retail, multifamily and office, although suburban shopping center are his specialty. It is in this area that he thrives, acquiring new locations and adding value through active redevelopment and leasing. A few of his major tenants include Marshalls, HomeGoods, CVS, Price Rite, and many more.

Mr. Nahum, partners, and investors have successfully completed several large ground-up multifamily projects in different neighborhoods of the Greater Philadelphia area.
